三力式粉砕機

Features of the Sanriki Universal Shredder

1. Powerful, robust, and high-performance design The Sanriki Universal Shredder is built with exceptional strength, durability, and performance. With proper maintenance such as regular blade sharpening, the machine can achieve a service life of over 50 years, depending on the material being processed.

2. Cast-iron construction for reduced vibration and noise The main body, legs, and key structural components are made of cast iron, effectively minimizing vibration and operating noise.

3. High-efficiency cutting system with special blade geometry The Shredder is equipped with cutters that combine specially designed blade shapes, delivering highly efficient and powerful shredding performance.

4. Easy particle size adjustment The screen size can be changed easily, allowing flexible control over the final particle size according to processing requirements.

5. Complete bearing sealing system Two different types of bearings are used on both the left and right sides of the shaft. Combined with a highly reliable sealing mechanism, this design prevents contamination of the processed material.

6. Water-cooled side frame for continuous operation The side frames feature a water-cooled jacket (hollow water-cooling structure), preventing bearing and shaft overheating. This enables 24-hour continuous operation without risk of seizure.

7. Precise clearance adjustment for fine pulverization The clearance of the adjustable blades can be easily set between 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm, making fine and precise shredder possible.

Applications of the Sanriki Universal Shredder

The Sanriki Universal Pulverizer is designed to shred a wide variety of materials, including recyclable plastics, resins, pre-cut tires, aluminum cans, electric wires, textiles, and food products. It is widely used for raw material size reduction in manufacturing processes, as well as for shredding materials to simplify solid fuel production or melting processes. Thanks to its versatility, the machine is utilized across many different industries. In particular, pulverizing plastic lumps significantly improves incineration efficiency. Furthermore, when materials are recycled, or products help reduce energy consumption, contributing to more efficient and sustainable recycling operations.
